Dear BBQ Competitors and Vendors,
Thank you for your commitment to Flavor & BBQ Fest. After careful consideration, Wichita Festivals and Gilley’s Gambling Hall have made the decision to postpone the event and reschedule it for a future date.
This additional time will allow us to strengthen event marketing, increase competitor and vendor participation, and ensure we deliver the high-quality BBQ and food festival experience that our participants and community deserve.
We sincerely appreciate the time, preparation, and resources you have already invested. Your participation is important to the success of Flavor & BBQ, and we hope you will join us when the new date is announced. If you would like to keep your fee paid with us, we will automatically place you in the next festival. If you decide to request a refund, we will process a refund for you.
Additional information regarding the rescheduled date, registrations, and next steps will be shared as soon as it is finalized and as a thank you, we will provide you with a discount for our next festival/competition.
